The mission of the Chinatown Public Safety Association is to improve the quality of life in the Los Angeles Chinatown and surrounding areas by working with law enforcement, health and safety organizations, public officials, community residents, churches, businesses, and crime victims to provide services, information, and programs to enhance public safety.
